Clive is a well-known solicitor who has many decades of experience in high value complex disputes.  For fifteen years he headed up the Commercial Litigation Department at Stewarts where he was involved in a number of significant group actions, fraud cases, professional negligence claims, many of which attracted attention in the legal press and the wider media.  Over the years he has had considerable experience in the complexities of funding, ATE insurance and the related mechanics.  He has written extensively on a wide range of topics including a book on the pitfalls of litigation.
